Enrollment

Enrollment is designed to be clear: select the right learner program, choose a monthly session plan, complete checkout, and provide the information needed to schedule and personalize instruction.

Before you purchase

1. Choose the learner category: Teens, College Students, Adults, or Business English.
2. Choose the frequency: 8, 12, 16, or 20 private 45-minute sessions in the selected plan.
3. Review availability: Have your time zone, preferred days, and preferred time windows ready. A specific time is not reserved until confirmed.
4. Review the policies: Read the cancellation, refund, privacy, and terms pages. A parent or legal guardian must enroll a minor.

After checkout

You will receive order information at the email used during checkout. The Academy will request an intake form with the learner’s goals, current level if known, target situations, schedule, time zone, and relevant learning considerations. Do not submit highly sensitive personal, medical, financial, academic, or company information.

Assessment and scheduling

The initial conversation and early lessons help establish level and priorities. Scheduling depends on instructor availability and is confirmed separately from checkout. If no suitable schedule can be arranged, contact the Academy promptly so the available options can be reviewed under the refund policy.
