Accessibility

Last updated: September 10, 2026. Corporate Lingua Academy is committed to making its website, enrollment process, learning materials, customer support, and live online instruction usable by as many people as reasonably possible.

Our accessibility approach

We work toward clear headings, readable typography, descriptive links, keyboard-friendly controls, meaningful alternative text, sufficient color contrast, understandable form labels, visible focus states, and straightforward language. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference point where reasonably applicable, but we do not represent that every page, document, or third-party feature fully conforms at all times.

Scope of this statement

This statement applies to the Corporate Lingua Academy website and the services we directly control. Checkout, payment, video-conferencing, embedded applications, book information, and other third-party tools may be operated by independent providers with their own accessibility features and limitations. We will try to help identify an alternative when a third-party barrier prevents access and a reasonable alternative is available.

Learning accommodations

Depending on the learner’s needs, the selected program, and available technology, reasonable accommodations may include:

  • a slower instructional pace or additional processing time;
  • larger text, reduced visual clutter, or a higher-contrast format;
  • written instructions or follow-up supporting spoken information;
  • caption-enabled meeting tools when available;
  • alternative activity, response, or document formats;
  • advance access to selected lesson materials; or
  • adjustments to turn-taking, breaks, or communication methods.

An accommodation is considered individually and may be limited if it would fundamentally change the educational service, create an undue burden, compromise safety, or depend on a feature outside our control. When a requested option is unavailable, we will try to discuss another effective approach.

Requesting an accommodation

Contact us as early as reasonably possible, preferably before purchase or before the first scheduled lesson. Describe the barrier and the type of assistance that would help; a medical diagnosis is generally not needed for an initial request. Please do not email medical records or other highly sensitive documents unless we specifically explain why they are necessary and provide an appropriate method.

Alternative access to information

If you cannot access a program description, price, policy, contact form, book listing, or other important information, email us with the page URL or title and the format or assistance you need. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information through an accessible alternative.

Ongoing review

Accessibility is a continuing process. We review important paths such as program comparison, pricing, enrollment, customer policies, and contact on desktop and mobile devices. New content, platform changes, older material, and third-party components can introduce barriers, so specific feedback is valuable.

Report a barrier

Email sales@corporatelinguaacademy.com and use “Accessibility” in the subject line. If possible, include:

  • the page, product, file, or feature involved;
  • the device, browser, and assistive technology used;
  • what you were trying to do and what happened; and
  • the alternative format or assistance requested.

We will acknowledge and review the report as promptly as reasonably possible. Response and remediation time depend on the issue, third-party involvement, and the complexity of the change.

Feedback and non-retaliation

We welcome accessibility feedback and will not deny service or retaliate because a person requests a reasonable accommodation or reports a barrier. Eligibility, scheduling, payment, safety, and other neutral program requirements continue to apply.
