No guaranteed result
Language development varies with starting level, attendance, participation, outside practice, learning needs, program length, and goal complexity. Learner responsibility
The learner remains responsible for attending, practicing, applying feedback, checking final work, and deciding how to use the instruction. Placement activities, instructor notes, certificates of participation, and progress observations are for internal or educational purposes and are not independent guarantees of proficiency.
